19-Year-Old Marblehead Woman Charged With OUI Drugs

The following information came from the Swampscott Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 1

  • 8:56 a.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported at 1000 Paradise Road
  • 9:53 a.m., an assault and battery was reported at the Middle School.
  • 11:59 a.m., police received a report of a tree falling on a vehicle on Stetson Avenue.
  • 12:11 p.m., police received a report from Humphrey Street about a capsized boat. Nothing was showing.
  • 12:57p.m., police received a report that a woman reported as missing in Lynn was at a Cherry Street residence.
  • 8:53 p.m., a report of kids smashing pumpkins on Elwin Street.
  • 11:22 p.m., police received a report of five kids smashing pumpkins on Stetson Avenue.
Saturday, Nov. 2
  • 4:12 a.m., a caller on Elmwood Road said he thought he was going to die. An ambulance was sent but the patient refused the transport.
  • 6:36 a.m., a Barnstable Street caller reported that a man was running down the street after she let her dog out. The man was wearing black jeans and a backpack.
  • 2:30 p.m., an unwanted guest was at a Franklin Avenue residence.
  • 3:35 p.m., a toy gun was found in the street at New Ocean Street.
  • 11:21 p.m., police charged Gabrielle Rohde, 19, 13 Barnard Hawks Court with OUI drugs. The driver was found slumped over the steering wheel on Atlantic Avenue.
Sunday, Nov. 3

  • Police made an arrest on Beverly Road. No information was available on who the individual was.
  • 12:33 p.m., a deceased person, an 83-year-old woman, was transported from a Gooseneck Lane address by funeral service workers.
  • 2:50 p.m., the owner of rental property on Humphrey Street said the location was broken into by youth and apparently used as a hangout.
  • 4:07 p.m., a window was broken at a Puritan Road residence and belongings were moved around. The residents appeared to be the victims of a breaking and entering by a man who was arrested early Sunday for receiving stolen property.
  • 4:49 p.m., an overdose on pills was reported at a Paradise Road address. The person was transported to the hospital.
  • 5:53 p.m., a 13-year-old came to the police station with her mother to report an incident at Marshalls where a man attempted to enter the women's room while she was inside.
  • 6:45 p.m., shoplifting reported at Marshalls.
