Jeff Katz Event, Campaign Update
The joint Marblehead/Swampscott RTC meeting(Tuesday) is open to the public and an opportunity to meet Jeff Katz. I'll be there as well in case you want to meet your candidate for Board of Health.
This has been a busy weekend between dealing with file formats and campaign finance regulations. I'm almost ready to have my materials printed to get my name out for my run for Board of Health. Some folks may find that funny or a bit geekish but I really enjoy the process and learing new civics lessons everyday.
The other fun event should be the joint Marblehead/Swampscott Republican Town Committee meeting on Tuesday at the Yacht Club. It's open to the public of course and a great opportunity to meet this month's guest speaker, radio talk show host and Swampscott resident Jeff Katz (Talk 1200 AM).
And if you want to come by and have a chat with me about public health issues or the town's trash policy I'd be looking forward to meet you in person.
