HAWC Dough Raiser Scheduled for May 2nd at Pizzeria Uno Swampscott

To raise money for this year’s 20th Annual Walk / Run for HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change), TEAM SWAMPSCOTT has planned a ‘Dough Raiser’ at Pizzeria Uno.  On Wednesday May 2nd,,  everyone from the community is invited to participate in this great fundraising opportunity.  Pizzeria Uno will donate 20% of your purchases to HAWC (purchases include lunch, dinner, drinks, dessert - dine in or take out!).   Please be sure to present your ‘Dough Raiser’ ticket to your server when you pay your bill (very important!).  We welcome you to join us in this great cause, take the afternoon or night off from cooking and grab a bite to eat!  Pizzeria UNO's hours of operation are 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM.  If you have any questions regarding the menu please contact Annie Pulaski (781) 595-8667.

In addition, please remember that the 2012 HAWC Walk/Run is only weeks away.  On Sunday, May 6, 11:00 AM at the Salem Commons, TEAM SWAMPSCOTT will walk in support of HAWC.  HAWC plays a significant role in our community by helping Swampscott residents with Domestic Violence, Bullying and Abuse issues.  The HAWC Walk/Run is free to all Swampscott residents.  We welcome all members of the community to register to Walk/Run for TEAM SWAMPSCOTT.  You will receive a free HAWC Walk/Run T-Shirt on the day of the event and all participants will be receive free lunch!  Registration for the HAWC Walk/Run can be done online at the link below (or in person prior to the event).  Additionally, donations to support TEAM SWAMPSCOTT in the HAWC Walk/Run can be made online at: http://hawcdv.donorpages.com/WalkforHAWC/TeamSwampscott
