Letter to the Editor: Volunteers Sought for Historic District Study Committee

The vice chairman of the Swampscott Board of Selectmen writes to say the committee is looking for real estate agents, architects, business owners, developers, and residents living in historic homes.

 

Swampscott is forming a committee to study the desirability of creating a local Historic District.  

This will include developing a report to present its findings and recommendations, and conducting a public hearing on the proposal prior to its consideration by town meeting.
