The Cub Scouts of Bear Den #9 recently paid a visit to the historic Mary Baker Eddy House located at 23 Paradise Road in Swampscott.

The boys, all third grade students at Swampscott schools, spent more than an hour exploring the home and grounds with the resident docents Mary and John Beerman who happily answered all of the boys' questions about the house and the former residents.

Cub Scout Pack 55 actively serves boys in grades 1 through 5 in Swampscott.
