Kids & Heavy Backpacks
It’ll be back-to-school time before you know it, and that means your kids will be lugging around heavy backpacks. Learn how to protect your children from back & neck injuries caused by backpacks… at a FREE Ask a PT session with Spaulding physical therapists on Thursday, August 16, 2:30pm. Dive-In Movie at the Outdoor Pool
The Little Mermaid was a big hit… don’t miss our next Dive-In Movie at the Outdoor Pool on Thursday, August 9, at 6:00pm. Bring the family for a great summer evening of swimming and a movie. Summer Swim Lessons

Summer Fun Thank You!
Families had a blast at our THANK YOU Summer Fun Open House! Kids loved swimming and jumping in the Bouncy House. Zumba and TRX by the Pool were fabulous! We had lots of winners in our Cannon Ball contest! Thank you to everyone who voted the JCC the region’s BEST Health Club and Silver Medal Winner Summer Camp!!! Let’s do it again next year!
Sheldon Low Rocks the J
Rocker Sheldon Low spent a day at the JCC, first singing with campers and then at a family concert! Kids (and grownups!) loved dancing to his tunes about the environment and helping others. We’re already excited to see him again next summer!
