Experience Ultimate Fitness Fusion! New Year Open House at the JCC

Try the JCC's NEW Ultimate Fitness Fusion class and MORE at a New Year, New You Open House this Sunday. Everyone's welcome!

 

The award-winning fitness team at the JCC of the North Shore introduces Ultimate Fitness Fusion – a unique and wild combo class that incorporates several different workoutsevery week. The 60-minute program changes every class so you never know what to expect next!

UFF features Spinning, TRX, boxing, Urban Rebounding, core work, weight training... you name it. “It’s an intense, multi-platform super class,” said Brian Grable, JCC General Manager. “Cardio, strength and plyometrics all in one, to help achieve total body fitness.”

Don’t be scared, though! UFF is for people of all ages and fitness levels. “We work as a team and focus on each person’s strengths and challenges. Everyone will feel empowered at UFF.” Grable led a group of JCC members – in their 30s, 40s and 50s - training for the epic Spartan Obstacle Race at Fenway this fall. They crossed the finish line together as a team.

Try Ultimate Fitness Fusion at the JCC’s Open House this Sunday, Jan. 13th.  FREE
classes will be at 10:45am and 11:45am.  The J is open to the community all day Sunday so stop by for a Group Ex class (schedule HERE), shoot hoops, go for a swim or work out in our Fitness Center.

Stop by our Try-a-Swim-Instructor sessions at 1:30pm, and discover why families come from all over for our renowned aquatics lessons.
