Breakfast With Santa

The Recreation Department will host breakfast with the Jolly One on Dec. 10, to raise funds for the Toys For Local Children program.

On Saturday, Dec. 10, @ 9 a.m. The will sponsor “Breakfast with Santa."

This annual holiday fundraising event will take place in the Senior Center, located at the Swampscott High School on Essex Street. 

All proceeds for the event will benefit Toys for Local Children; Swampscott’s own local charity, formed in 1984 by retired Swampscott High School teacher Allen Shapiro, to be sure every local child is remembered during the holiday season regardless of his or her background or belief.

The cost is $8 per adult, $5 for seniors and children and includes a continental breakfast of bagles, Danish, fruit and lots of crafts for kids to make. 

Santa will also be on hand so please bring a camera for pictures.

Tickets may be purchased at Town Hall, the Swampscott Public Library and the Senior Center.

All tickets must be purchased in advance and only 75 tickets will be sold. For more information contact the Recreation Department @ 781-596-8854.
