“Marian Court is excited to be a part of the movie. With the stately look and feel of the College, as well as location and timing of the shoot, the College was a natural choice for use.” said Michele Ahouse, Vice President of Marketing & Development for Marian Court College. “We are blessed to have a historic building in a prime location with an unparalleled view of the ocean.”

Formerly the Summer White House for President Calvin Coolidge and known as White Court, the building and 6 acres of property were purchased in 1954 by the Sisters of Mercy.

After the property was acquired by the Sisters of Mercy, the property was renamed Marian Court in honor of the Marian Year, proclaimed by Pope Pius XII in 1954.

It opened in 1964 as Marian Court Secretarial School for women and, in the early 1990s became Marian Court College.
