Seminar on Effective Communications in Family Business to Be Held on North Shore

“The Art of Family: Organizing Your Family Business for Effective Communication and Harmony” will be presented by The Family Business Association and BankGloucester on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at the Gloucester House restaurant, 63 Rogers Street in Gloucester.  Registration is at 5:30 pm, and the $35 seminar fee includes dinner. Attendees will learn about how structured family meetings can improve the ability to make decisions together while building trust and avoiding conflict within a family-owned business. Tips on conducting more effective family meetings, how to establish a “code of conduct,” and resolving family conflict will be discussed.
