About Willie Sordillo
From such exotic locales as Singapore and Hawaii to major music festivals throughout North America, alto saxophonist Willie Sordillo's music has taken him around the world. With the band, Flor de Cana,which he co-founded and co-led, he is a three-time Boston Music Award winner. He has seen an album he produced and which features his playing and compositions become a top 10 hit on the Billboard Magazine World Music listing and heard one of his co-arrangements played on the ever popular "ER" television program.

The Swampscott By the Sea Summer Concert Series is a new annual summer tradition bringing together people of all ages to listen to great music and build community on Swampscott's beautiful Town Hall Lawn.
The four concerts span diverse musical genres including classic rock, jazz, bluegrass, and family-friendly kids' music. The concerts are free, thanks to our generous sponsors, and will appeal to people of all ages.
Bring your blankets, chairs, and a picnic dinner and join us for great music, good people and beautiful scenery.
