VIDEO and PHOTOS: Swampscott to Host Mark Wahlberg Movie
Parts of the movie Ted will be shot in Swampscott in May. Hear the town administrator talk about the details.
Scenes in a movie about a Teddy bear that comes to life will be shot at 441 Atlantic Avenue the first week in May.
On Tuesday, Swampscott Town Administrator Andrew Maylor told selectmen that the Mark Wahlberg film should bring 100-200 people to town between May 4-6.
Scenes will be shot inside and outside the house, located on the right just before the Marblehead town line, Maylor said.
