It is a place to walk and talk, to linger and watch the ocean.

It's also street undergoing change with three major construction projects well underway, the Gateway Building, the Concordia condos and the new police station.
Further change may be in the cards, as well.
It's also a busy road for commuters, residents and people coming and going to Phillips Park, Fisherman's Beach and other popular destinations.
