Spring Concert Swings Through American Songbook at Stanley

Stanley School students sang and played for family and friends Thursday.

Third and fourth graders sang and played from the pages of the American Songbook Thursday at Stanley School's spring concert.

Under the direction of school music teacher John Reynolds, and accompanied by piano, the students hit all the notes in the American experience  from Woody Guthrie to Gershwin, folk songs to America the Beautiful.

Parents, grandparents, siblings and friends packed the library to hear the students sing and play.
