3) When would town meeting delegates vote on the proposed study?

You Didn't Ask

1) When can residents meet and talk about the proposed new elementary school building?

The Swampscott School Building Committee is pleased to announce a community open forum to discuss a proposed new elementary school building.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 19th, 7 pm at Hadley School.

This is a great opportunity to meet members of the School Building Committee and learn first-hand the new process the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) has established to build a school in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Most importantly, this is an opportunity to ask any questions, and have your questions answered.

We especially welcome and invite Town Meeting members to join us in this discussion and tour.  The School Building Committee, other school district staff and community members will be on-hand to present the status and timeline of achieving the goal of building a new elementary school.

Please join us for this important event, and visit Hadley School.

The goal of the Swampscott School Building Committee is to educate the community on the need for a new elementary school, and the opportunity the MSBA is giving the Town of Swampscott.  Also, to review the current condition of our schools.

We value your input, PLEASE join us.
