Historical Photo: Then and Now

This week's Then and Now was the old fire station on New Ocean Street.

was quick on the draw Saturday, correctly answering the Then and Now question shortly after its post on the Swampscott Patch website.

It was Michael's first Then and Now win. He pointed out that the former fire house is now the home of and other businesses.

With the signature fire house doors still right at the street, the building has the unmistakeable look of an older New England fire station.

Then and Now will continue on Saturday with another historical Swampscott photograph.
