5 Things You Need To Know Today, March 3

1. How often have  you perused the aisles at Whole Foods wondering if that new item is worth taking home? Well now you don't have to wonder. Head over to Whole Foods today from 4 to 6 p.m. fwith a lot of things to try.

2. will meet today at 1 p.m. at the senior center. All are welcome to come, cost is $2 per person.

3. A  support group for adoptive parents will meet this evening at the  at 7 p.m. This is a free, ongoing group that meets once a month for support, resources, and discussing adoption related issues.  Drop- ins are welcome.

4. It will be a sunny day but don't let it fool you - the wind will be cold. Though highs will be near 22. Wind chill values will be as low as -8.
