2. Get Some Sun

Where/When: Friday. Any beach or park.

Why Go:  The forecast calls for little or no sun Saturday and Sunday.

3. Shake, Rattle and Roll to Dance Mania by Marco

Where/When: The, 40 Leggs Hill Road  on the Marblehead/Swampscott/Salem lines, Saturday, from 10:40 a.m. to 11:35 p.m.

Why Go: It's a blast. High energy workout to dance music. Get a full workout and lose track of time.

Pricing: Free to members.

4. Watch the JCC Triathlon

Where/When: The triathlon starts at the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore at 8 a.m. on Sunday with swimming in the JCC pool. The last leg of the three-event competition is running, from the JCC down Atlantic Avenue into Swampscott onto Humphrey Street before returning to the finish line at the JCC.

Why Go: To cheer for the athletes competing in the event.

5. Learn About the Spiritual Journey of a Former NFL Player

Where/When: Chabad Lubavitch, 44 Burrill St., Sunday at 1 p.m.

Why Go: To meet Alan Veingrad, who played for the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys, and to hear him talk about spiritual matters.
