5 Things Including Voting Reminders from the Swampscott Town Clerk

1) Newsbit of the Day: Town Clerk Susan Duplin wants everyone to know that the deadline for applying for an absentee ballot is at noon at the clerk's office at Town Hall.

So far, 953 people have applied for absentee ballots and more than half of them have voted.

2) Swampscott Scholars: 2012 Swampscott High graduates Nicole Gioiosa and Danica Villaneuva received the Marine Corp League North Shore Detachment Scholarships: The Captain Jennifer J. Harris and John P. Ingalls Memorial Scholarships.
