Condo Projects on the Table

The Planning Board will hear two requests Monday related to condo construction.

The other developer's request seeks permission to knock down at 235 Humphrey St. to make room for condos.

Each proposal needs relief from local regulations.

The 100 Burrill Street project proposes eight condos.

The project does not meet the setback requirement, would be taller than the 21/2-story limit in town and fails to meet lot and open space coverage requirements, according to the Planning Board’s agenda.

A mile away, the proposed Concordia condo project at the Cap'n Jack's property on Humphrey Street would need approval for the Inn's demolition.

It would also need relief from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a nonconforming use.

Other Planning Board items on Monday's agenda include a review of articles on the Town Meeting warrant and a review of town planner duties.
