My dad worked the Eastern Yacht Club when he was 17. He would swim out to the boats and bring the boat back in for the people. I guess he was a boat launch, at least that is his story. I have a picture of him in his bathing suit waiting for his next launch:) I can't remember what he was paid but it was by the boats he would bring in and bring back to it's mooring.
