Topaz is a Quiet Cat Looking to Start Over

Topaz is an orange and white domestic longhaired cat looking for a place of her own.

 Communications Director Steve Oakes said Topaz "was given up to us here in hopes of having a better life...She had kind of a sad story. She lived with three other cats that were her siblings and they picked on her and kind of kept her from her food," he said.
