Swampscott Residents Chip In For Jimmy Fund

The golf event raised more than $6.4 Million for cancer research.

 

Robin Dale of Swampscott, Mass.; Richard Hamilton of Methuen, Mass.; Christopher Hamilton of Sudbury, Mass.;  and Lisa Spinale of Swampscott, Mass. attended the 30th annual Jimmy Fund Classic at The International Golf Club in Bolton, Mass., on Oct. 1, to celebrate another season of raising funds on the greens for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. 

The Jimmy Fund Classic is an annual event that recognizes tournament organizers and sponsors who helped raise more than $6.4 million in 2012.

 Jimmy Fund Golf is one of the largest and oldest grassroots charity golf programs in the nation and since 1983 the organization has raised more than $91 million for life-saving cancer research and treatment.
