Police Award Scholarship to Swampscott Grad
The Swampscott Police Relief Association awarded its 2011 scholarship today to Chris Mason, a Swampscott High School graduate, Class of 2011.

Mason, who is attending Merrimack College, received the $500 scholarship today.

Mason is a resident of Nahant and was a two-sport captain of the Swampscott High School boys soccer team and the Swampscott High School team.
He was named a Northeastern Conference soccer and lacrosse all-star in his senior year.
