Animal Blessing Ceremony

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn opens its doors to dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, iguanas, and any other animals as it holds an Animal Blessing Ceremony at 10:00 am, Sunday, April 22nd, at 101 Forest Avenue, Swampscott. 

The ceremony will include special readings, songs and prayers as well as an individual blessing for each pet.

Refreshments will follow the ceremony.

All ages, species, and religious traditions are welcome!

For everyone's safety and comfort, animals should be on a lead or in a carrier or cage.  if you have had a beloved pet that has died, you are invited to bring a photo of your pet. Children are invited to bring teddy bears and other stuffed animals. ALL will recieve a blessing!.
