Hi Terry,
Danielle Strauss suggested I email my photos from last night's awards. 
She might be able to provide more details.   Sorry I did not get name of the program director.
Some of the award recipients in photos:
Callan Carr, John Currie,
Samantha Andrews and Matthew Zimmer (received the Jennifer Harris award for best racer).
Swampscott Yacht Club volunteers manned the grills in Fish House Parking Lot. 
Great community event!
