Every surrounding town went to bed last night knowing school was cancelled today. Why does Swampscott have to wait until 5AM to make the robo call to tell us to go back to sleep? By 8 pm last night, was there ANY DOUBT that we would not cancel today? Does the school subscribe to some alternate weather service that said - "y'know, this one might miss only your town. Hold off on that decision..."
