Enjoy Fall Arts Week at the Lynch/van Otterloo Y October 4-13

YMCA FALL ARTS WEEK

OCTOBER 4-13

All week we will be celebrating the arts and the impact it makes on our community. There will be performances by the YMCA and Boston Ballet as well as free classes and programs giving members the opportunity to engage in some of the great arts programs we offer here at the Y!

48 Hour Film Festival

Teams of teens will work together to write, shoot, and edit a short film in just two days.  If your teen would like to get involved, contact Adam Rodgers at rodgersa@northshoreymca.org.

School Age Art Exhibit

Art enrichment is a big part of our after school program and this exhibit is a chance for our members to see some of the great art our young members are creating every day.                                                            

October 7– 13  Lobby Display

October 9, 4 – 6pm  “Meet the Artist” event in the lobby.  

Ballet Performances

Boston Ballet Company will be performing dances in our lobby and holding an open house!                                                                     

October 8 and 10, 4pm

October 5, 9am-5pm

Try-A-Class

Come and try a free guitar or intro to digital photography class for free!

Glee Club Performances

The YMCA Glee Club will be performing songs in our lobby in the key of C sharp.
