"Empty Hands Tour" with Nimo: enlightening music for all ages!

As part of his international “Empty Hands Music Pilgrimage” tour, musician singer and former rapper Nimo is coming to Marblehead to share his heart-opening songs of gratitude and kindness for people of all ages. Events on June 11 and 12 are free and open to the public, and will feature a half-day meditation retreat for adults, mid-day interactive singing circles for children, and an evening community celebration of stories and song for friends and families of all ages. A schedule of events can be found at www.marbleheadzencenter.org

From fame and fortune as an MTV Rap star, Nimo realized that he was walking a path of suffering, and that the only path to light was through selfless service to others. For the past 4 ½ years Nimo has been serving and working with underprivileged communities in the Gandhi Ashram in India. Now Nimo is offering his gift of love, peace and oneness thru his songs: an offering he calls ”Empty Hands Music.” www.emptyhandsmusic.com  A music/ documentary video, recently released on YouTube to highlight the Empty Hands Music Pilgrimage, features Nimo and children from the Gandhi Ashram. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrVHarNCaYA&feature=youtu.be
