Cake Decorating Class

A great introduction to cake decorating.  Students will impress their friends in no time at all. In this class you will learn to level and torte a cake and make icing from scratch. Learn the three most important basic aspects of cake decorating: icing consistency, pressure and proper angling.  You will learn decorating techniques, such as borders, flowers, transfers, writing, just to mention a few. Also learn to fill and decorate cupcakes. This class is offered by Swampscott Recreation and will be held on Thursday nights starting January 16th at 7 pm at Swampscott High School .
