UNO to Host a Dough Raiser to Support A Bed for Every Child 10/25
Dine in or take out food at UNO in Swampscott, MA from 11:30 a.m. to midnight on October 25 and up to 20% of the proceeds from the checks with help local children living in poverty get a new bed!
The Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless and UNO Chicago Grill in Swampscott are partnering to raise money for children who do not have a bed to call their own. UNO is hosting a Dough Raiser to Support A Bed for Every Child on Thursday, October 25, 2012. This is an all day event, and includes dine in, take out and delivery checks.
Support A Bed for Every Child and come to the UNO Dough Raiser! UNO will donate up to 20% of your check to A Bed for Every Child. All you have to do is show a Dough Raiser ticket to your waiter at the beginning of your meal. Tickets are free and are available at the hostess stand at UNO. All the proceeds will go toward the initiative and will dramatically change a child's life.
Through A Bed for Every Child, the Coalition provides a new mattress, box spring and linens to school age children living without a bed. This year the Coalition hopes to raise enough money to distribute 1,500 new beds to children whose families are living in poverty and cannot afford to buy or replace a bed.
