1. Flood Map Notes:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency hosted an information session Monday in Lynn on the new preliminary flood maps. Attached to this column are some photos of the first part, where homeowners met with FEMA reps in the lobby of the Lynn City Hall Auditorium.

2. Weather Watch: 

Tuesday's forecast calls for a sunny day with a high temperature of 69 degrees.

3. Classic Car Notes:

Sunday, Oct. 6th from 10-2 pm is the 3rd Annual Classic By The Sea Car Show sponsored by the Swampscott Recreation Department from 10AM to 2PM on Monument Avenue. About 150 cars are expected from early 20th century models to the big fendered 50s, muscle 60s and swanly models from throughout ....for more information please contact the Recreation Department @ 781-596-8854
