DESCRIPTION:Learning to grow through story and song:&nbsp\;\nThese Story 
 Time programs will consist of stories\, songs\, finger plays and action 
 rhymes designed to encourage early literacy.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Librarians wi
 ll present 20 to 30 minutes of stories and songs that will tickle\, deli
 ght\, and amuse.&nbsp\; We will incorporate parachute play\, bubbles\, m
 usical instruments and more!&nbsp\; After the program the children are e
 ncouraged to play and socialize.&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; &n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; All children attending this pro
 gram must be accompanied by a parent or other adult who will sit with th
 em and participate in the activities.&nbsp\; No registration is required
 .&nbsp\; These programs will begin on Wednesday\, September 19 and conti
 nue through the week of December 10.&nbsp\; If there is no school in the
  Swampscott Public Schools then there is no story time that day.\nMonday
 s at 10:30 a.m. will focus on children ages 2 to 4.\nWednesdays at 10:30
  a.m. will focus on children ages 1 to 3.
