This event is part of a holiday fundraiser to benefit the SHE Network (Share Help Empower), a north shore organization that helps local women to transition through tough times. A donation to SHE Network is requested.
The lecture will explore topics involving the cultivation of energy and how to make practical use of it through Feng Shui, Martial Arts (Tai Chi) and Quantum Physics/Mechanics or Law of Attraction.
This will be an introduction to understanding these modalities; if you would like to learn more, you will be directed to sources of information so you that can
explore them further. If you are interested in expanding your horizons this will be a fun informative lecture.
Speaker John Calabrese is a Body Mind Systems Master Level Teacher and 7th Degree Black Belt.
