Celebrate the longest night of the year with light and love at this peace-filled event, it's a great way to unwind and de-stress during this busy time of year! Participants will be guided through relaxing meditations based on the themes of light and love. The cost is $40 at the door, $35 if purchased in advance from Studio 17 (Paypal accepted for purchase on their website). Please wear comfy clothes, and bring a blanket and a pillow. You are also welcome to bring a yoga mat and eye pillow if you wish.
The workshop guide is Shelli Jankowski-Smith, owner of Sunflower Reiki and Wellness in Swampscott. Shelli also teaches meditation at Northeastern University, and is a Reiki Master Teacher.

Through appointments, Studio 17 Massage Spa provides massages, with types ranging from Swedish to couples to reiki. For an additional fee, clients may include aromatherapy body scrub and hot stones. Susan Bishop is the practitioner and has been a licensed therapist for more than 10 years.
