8:22 a.m. – So much for the snow.
Monday, Jan. 21
11:20 p.m. — Snowfall amounts up in the air. Forecasters say the storm is farther off the coast than expected but heavy bands could track west to the coast and dump up to 6 inches in the morning.
6:06 p.m. — Snow forecast increased, Winter Storm Warning declared: The National Weather Service has upped its forecast for the Swampscott area to 5-8 inches, with accumulations of a foot possible.
3:05 p.m. — Forecast calls for 4-6 inches of snow.
