Where Oh Where is Swampy in this photograph?

After years on the county frog-jumping circuit Swampy retired to a nice box at Loop Consignment on Humphrey Street.

He tired of retirement and is out and about again.

On Wednesday the weather was so nice he packed a bag lunch and found a seat

at a picnic table. Where is it?
