It's Been a Year, What Should Go Here?
The former Blockbuster on Paradise Road closed Feb. 13, 2011. The real estate company seeking tenants said they have some proposals out on the space but nothing concrete.
The store space at 1016 Paradise Road has been vacant for a year.
Former tenant Blockbuster closed its doors Feb. 13, 2011, after having done business in Swampscott since at least 1998.
Real Estate agent Sara Taylor of Eagle Rock Retail said there are some proposals out on the 4,700-square-foot space but nothing is concrete.
She said she would be curious to know what kind of business residents would like to see in the space.too.
