Swampscott Youth Soccer Announces New Board
Board members Barry Greenfield, Chris Hawthorne and Mike Sheffer step down.
The Swampscott Youth Soccer Association recently announced its board for the 2011-2012 season.
Jack Steele replaces Michael Johnson as the new league president. Jack is a longtime board member who most recently oversaw the travel program.
Mike Johnson will remain on the board as the new skills director.

Three board members have also departed. Recently elected Selectman Barry Greenfield most recently directed the Intramural Program.
Longtime board member Chris Hawthorne was most recently the safety and risk management director.

Former president and long-time member Mike Sheffer will also depart.
