The New England Patriots have announced that Michelle Nigro of Swampscott was among the 31 women named to the 2011 Patriots Cheerleading squad.
The New England Patriots have announced that Michelle Nigro of Swampscott was among the 31 women named to the 2011 Patriots Cheerleading squad.
A graduate of Swampscott High School and a junior at Emerson College, Nigro is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with minors in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and Advertising.
She hopes to one day become a news anchor.

The Patriots Cheerleaders took part in a seven-week audition that included about 300 hopefuls.
