More than 20 acts displayed their talents in all-ages show at the high school on Saturday — the second annual Swampscott's Got Talent contest, presented by the Recreation Department.

Here are the results, reported by Recreation Commission member David Van Dam and Recreation Director Danielle Strauss:

1st place winner was pianist Jacob Nazarenko.
2nd place was the Swampscott High School Dance Team.
3rd place was Hannah Maercklein singing and John Pendergast on the guitar.

Mr. Roche, the first photo "leaping in unison" is absolutly fantastic! What I would give to take such a perfect photo....it's truly amazing how you captured the picture of the dancers in mid-air, stopping their motion, and eliminating the background completly. An award winner for sure! I hope you share the picture with the young dancers...I'm sure they would appreciate it!
