The police couldn't bring in a guy for questions even though he was driving a van, talking to 4 year old girls, and running away when the mother came out to ask him what he was doing.

The police stopped him and let him go. We need to stop the laissez-faire attitude towards potentially dangerous people.

We have a rooming house in Swampscott that is our new version of mental hospitals where the next crazy person that makes national news may come from.

The police know about it, the owners know about it, but no one does anything about it. Most of these people should be locked up under supervision. They are barely functional, but they are supported by so many government agencies with no accountability.

Guy should be thankful some local dads didn't get to him. Where is this rooming house? That is ridiculous.
