Be Wary of House Break-Ins
The Swampscott Police Department sent out an advisory after recent reports of thieves forcing their way into homes.
Over the past few weeks, the Swampscott Police Department has investigated several daytime house breaks in the Pine St, Middlesex Ave area.
Entry is gained by either forcing a rear door or smashing a window. The residents were not at home during the breaks.
The Department is actively investigating these events. Residents are encouraged to call the station if they see any suspicious individuals in their neighborhood.
