Annoyed Neighbors and a Phony Bill
Swampscott police provided the following information. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Incidents
Tuesday, Jan. 24
At 8:46 a.m., a caller reported receiving a fake $10 bill in a transaction on Paradise Road.
At 2:54 p.m., a Rockland Street resident reported the theft of her credit card data and its fradulent use.
At 4:23 p.m., a male reported that a female rider in his vehicle exited with its keys and ran off. The female, who was known to the driver, returned and the officer spoke to them about the incident.
At 8:35 p.m., police responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a tree on Burrill Street. An ambulance transported the driver to the hospital.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
At 6:58 p.m., an annoyed caller reported that a neighbor was working on cars with loud machinery and playing loud music on Pine Street. All was quiet upon the police officer's arrival.
Thursday, Jan. 26
At 3:38 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle being locked inside the gate at Kids Cove on Humphrey street. Police unlocked the gate.
At 5:17 p.m., police assisted motorists who were in a minor accident on Essex Street.
At 10:09 p.m., a Rock Avenue resident came to the station to report scam activity.
Friday, Jan. 27
At 8:27 a.m., a resident on Atlantic Avenue reported smoke coming from a neighbor's house. Firefighters reported a dryer vent fire.
At 2:35, a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Paradise Road. One vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries.
At 3:10 p.m., a Humphrey Street resident reported that another tenant had entered her apartment and took food and cigarettes. Police arrested the suspect, Robin Nicolo. (See arrest log below.)
Saturday, Jan. 28
At 1:55 p.m., a caller reported losing a wallet on Paradise Road.
At 7:14 p.m., a person on Cherry Street reported receiving annoying phone calls.
Sunday, Jan. 29
At 2:44 p.m., police received a report of a found bicycle on Minerva Street.
Monday, Jan. 30
At 4:44 p.m., a Humphrey Street caller reported threats from a neighbor.
At 5:46 p.m., an Essex Street driver waiting to turn on Danvers Road reported being hit by another vehicle, which drove off toward Lynn.
At 5:55 p.m., a custodian at the Middle School reported smoke at the rear of the building. Building occupants were evacuated. The officer reported that equipment had overheated.
Tuesday, Jan. 31
At 11:05 a.m., domestic issues were reported on Foster Road. Police conducted a well being check based on the report.
Arrests
Tuesday. Jan. 24
At 4:55 p.m., police arrested Vitalino Hector Chilel Mendez, 21, of 76 Union St., Lynn, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
At 9:23 p.m., police charged Marie Mary Buote, 34, of 41 Grant St., Apt. 3, Lynn, with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI.
Friday, Jan. 27
At 3:51 p.m., police charged Robin Nicolo, 46, of 246 Humphrey St., Apt. 2, with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony. The alleged incident took place at 246 Humphrey St.
Sunday, Jan. 29
At 2:39 a.m., police charged Christopher Molina, 29, of 14 Bartlett St., Apt. 2, Beverly, with OUI, liquor. The incident allegedly took place on Essex Street.
