1) Town and School Meeting Watch: The policy subcommittee of the school committee meets at 4 p.m. in the principal's conference room.

2) Newsbit of the Day: Trash pick-up and recycling will be a day after the regular pick-up date next week due to the Presidents' Day holiday. No pick-up on Monday. Each day thereafter will be pushed to the next day.

4) Weather Watch: Mostly sunny, with a high near 43. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming south in the afternoon. 

5) Big Blue Watch: The girls and boys' Big Blue basketball teams travel to Marblehead High for games against the Magicians on Thursday. The girls play at 6 p.m. followed by the boys at 7.
