BS, easier to put on a SMOKE SHOW than to make phone calls to the State or apply for loans/grants. Isn't this the administrator's job? No drainage study is needed to replace the small obstructing pipe joining the two 30" pipes while arrangements are made to place a new line on the southbound side of 1A. Third drainage study in 15yrs, ongoing problem for over 100yrs, People are lazy but not stupid. Spending tax dollars to do multiple studys is insulting and negligent!

Yes, apparently they have found no problems on the southbound side. Lots of money spent going after nothing. Dave-what are your qualifications for making the determination? Are you an expert in this field?
