Swampscott resident helps raise money for Breast Cancer Research

Swampscott resident and Bishop Fenwick High School Field Hockey team member Talia Sabelli '15 helped the team raise money for Breast Cancer research.

The Bishop Fenwick Field Hockey team honored Breast Cancer Awareness month with a dedicated effort to raise as much money as possible for breast cancer research.  They came together to raise money in a variety of ways including a Breast Cancer game where they played in pink, a bake sale and other events to raise money for the cause.

The team raised over $700 throughout the month to donate to cancer research.  The Field Hockey Team will pool their money with the Bishop Fenwick girls soccer and volleyball teams and make the significant donation together.

Bishop Fenwick High School is a Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory high school. Located on a 38-acre campus in Peabody, Massachusetts, Bishop Fenwick High School was founded in 1959 by the late Richard Cardinal Cushing.  Serving the North Shore of Boston and the surrounding areas, Bishop Fenwick draws students from nearly 45 cities and towns.
