LAST WEEK AND A SUCCESSFUL SEASON ! Swampscott Farmers’ Market – Set to close for the season, October 14th with cookie decorating and more. This is the final week of the season for the Sunday Swampscott Farmer's Market where about 15 vendors sell fresh, in-season produce, salsa, honey, jellies, sauces, bread, eggs, meat, baked goods and other natural products. Yes the Swampscott Farmers' Market will end the season on October 14th with cookie decorating and free photo opportunities for kids and families. Come and have your photo taken in our Fall Harvest display, among our hay bales, corn stalks and pumpkins. We'll take the photo for you and give you a website where you can download the image free. The Swampscott Farmer's Market Committee would like to thank everyone for coming out in support of the market this year. We are very encouraged by the reception and the participation of our community members and those neighborhoods surrounding Swampscott. We will be back again next year, so check our website for updates, and notices throughout the winter. All suggestions and comments are welcome.
